How to use:

Grind 2-3 amlas removing the seeds into a fine paste and squeeze out the juice. Mix the juice (approximately 2 tbsp.) in cup of water and drink it every morning on an empty stomach.

Mix 1 tablespoon. of amla juice and 1 cup of bitter gourd juice and drink it daily. Eat raw amla every day.

5. DRUMSTICK OR MORINGA LEAVES

The drumstick leaves are best known for its ability to maintain blood sugar levels. The leaves contain nutrients that increase the insulin secretion in the body.

How to use:

Include 50 grams of fresh drumstick leaves to your food. Either mix in a salad or steam.

6. SUNLIGHT

Low Vitamin D levels have been linked to diabetes and insulin resistance. Studies have found that Vitamin D plays an important role in the production of insulin. The lower the vitamin D levels, the more you are susceptible to develop type 2 diabetes.

What to do:

For 30 minutes of daily expose yourself to the sun to avoid Vitamin D deficiency.

7. WATER

How to consume:

Take 1 tsp of each seed and 1 tsp of turmeric powder.
