Regular consumption of Coconut water in summer, helps for your entire body. In a few days, your face will have a natural glow. In short, it increases the radiance on your skin. Applying coconut water on the skin and hair is also beneficial. This water works like a natural lotion on your skin and hair. Also, if used properly, it can supply nutrients to your hair like natural oils.

Coconut water for hair

Coconut water is much lighter than oil. Due to this property, hair roots absorbs coconut water easily. This softens the skin of the scalp. It also provides nutrients to the hair. As coconut water acts as a natural moisturizer for your scalp skin, it moisturizes the scalp cells. In turn it eliminates the problem of dandruff. Coconut water makes hair clean, shiny and soft. This remedy should be done thrice a week.

Take five to six teaspoons of coconut water in a bowl. Now mix one teaspoon of rose water in coconut water. Apply this mixture on the entire hair including the roots with the help of cotton. After this gently massage the hair. As coconut water is not sticky, there will be no stickiness in the hair and there will be no tangles in the hair. Leave the hair loose for a while and then tie up. Doing this before going out in the sun will help protect your hair from the scorching sun. Apply coconut water from a fresh coconut, before shampooing.

Coconut water for skin

You can also apply coconut water on the whole body, including the face and neck. Take five to six teaspoons of coconut water and a teaspoon of rose water, a teaspoon of milk and a tablespoon of rice flour. Mix all of the above content well. Then apply this mixture all over the body. Gently massage your body.

Rice flour helps in eliminating the problem of dead skin. Overall this mixture acts as both a serum and a scrub on your skin. After applying the mixture on the skin, take a bath at least 20 minutes. Also, do not use soap while bathing. Use gram flour instead.

Drinking coconut water  

It brightens the skin. It reduces the problems related to digestion. It also helps to achieve beautiful hair. Coconut water contains a large amount of nutrients especially Iron Minerals, Vitamins. Drinking coconut water regularly will also help in detoxifying the body.
